The whole is made of hand-cut elements that are attached to a set of papers or very often you can buy them also in separate sheets.
I really like this technique, because I love the layers on my cards, and these cut-out elements give unlimited possibilities.
I recommend it to anyone who has not tried yet - I fell in love with the cutouts from the first card created in this way.
