Roses

 Hello, dear friend.

I am back today to share another one of my flower creations.
Open rose flowers are ones of my favourite additions to my projects. Creating my layout I mix them with other types of flowers very often but its majesty the rose always takes the leading role.

Look at this beauty.

To make them I cut their petals using Flower stencils 03, 04 and coloured with soft pastels.
All items used you can see in the list below.

June Kit - Age of Technology

I started by cutting a piece of paper at 14.5cm square and distressed the edges using scissors before adhering to my card blank.

I then chose a piece of paper with a focal image and cut this to 14cm square and again distressed the edges. I then tied a knot in a piece of the shabby ribbon in the set and adhered this in place - tucking the ends behind the paper for a neat finish. The top corner of this piece was curled forward and secured in place using a brad from the embellishment set. This panel was then adhered in place using foam pads for added dimension.

I added the half corner filigree to the top right corner along with a wooden cog. Additional texture was added on top of the ribbon using more wooden cogs toped with metal cogs coloured with gold wax so that they toned in with the whole vintage theme.

The words were cut from one of the bottom strips of the papers.

Finally I splattered embossing fluid around the card and added copper embossing powder to this before get setting in place.

I love you to the moon and back

Hello dear crafters,
Especially for Space Week I prepare a very space card.
Background was made by myself using Liquarel paints, few shadows of blue, gold, black and white. I really like the effect of space. It could't miss clay moon and stars. I also added a glitter paper as a bit of moonlight.
Hope you like it.

I can't wait to see your space projects...

Aim for the moon card

The suggestion for the project for the Space Week I got from Agnes - our Lady Boss. And I thought it is great idea to use "The Little Prince" collection by Bee Shabby. I challenged myself choosing red color... it's definitely not my color but I really like the final result.
