1. Since when have you been into crafting?

Scrapbooking stole my heart five years ago. But being always busy, I didn't have much time to create. The 2019 turned out to be a breakthrough for me and I decided to give up some of my obligations for the sake of my passion. And that's the year when the best adventure of my life has started.

2. Which technique do you like best?

Die cutting is my favorite technique and I can't imagine my scrapbooking life without it. I love to make flowers so flower shaped die cuts are my favorite. I can't picture a composition without leaves. So I have a quit big collection of leaf die cuts. They also are a very helpful and easy way to personalize any gift.

3. What product cannot you imagine to craft without?

I can't imagine crafting without three products. First very obvious  - scrapbooking paper. Second - chipboards and third - this is my latest love - shabby ribbons.

4.Which category in the 14 craft bar are you most likely to visit?

My favorite  departments in 14 craft bar  are closely related to my favorite products. When I visit a shop I always have a look at what's new in the paper department. I never pass indiscriminately by folders and ribbons. But there is one more section which I visit on a regular basis it's foamiran department.

5. What's new do you want to try in 2021? New product, technique?

2021 will be the year in which I will focus on creating albums and journals, perfecting my technique and discovering all the possibilities this form offers.

Emma Jay - Perfume of Praise

 

1. Since when have you been into crafting?

I have loved crafting from I was a wee girl when I would collect empty boxes and pretty papers and create as far as my imagination would reach.

2. Which technique do you like best?

I love all types of papercrafting and love making flipbooks and albums to send to my penpals across the world.

3. What product cannot you imagine to craft without?

Paper of any kind - it is so versatile!

4.Which category in the 14 craft bar are you most likely to visit?

So hard to choose! I will cheat and pick two - scrapbooking papers and haberdashery (the shabby ribbons make my heart so happy!)

5. What's new do you want to try in 2021? New product, technique?

I want to do more mixed media type projects in 2021 - I love experimenting with different textures together but I am not always brave enough.

1. Since when have you been into crafting?

I have been crafting for several years. I run an art studio for children, where I infect them with a passion for creation.

2. Which technique do you like best?

I love making foamiran flowers with which I decorate my handmade cards, exploding boxes and albums.

3. What product cannot you imagine to craft without?

I cannot imagine creating without foamiran, a colorful range of stamens, twigs and flower accessories.

4.Which category in the 14 craft bar are you most likely to visit?

Beautiful, colorful scrap papers are for me an endless inspiration to create.

5. What's new do you want to try in 2021? New product, technique?

I like fabrics, delicate laces and recently I try to explore the secrets of paints, waxes and coloring media.

1. Since when have you been into crafting?

I have been into art in general since I was a child, and found crafting when I got older. More full time for 5 years now

2. Which technique do you like best?

I love making Exploding Boxes and Albums a lot, I like a project you get to spend more time on

3. What product cannot you imagine to craft without?

Chipboards, they just complete every project

4.Which category in the 14 craft bar are you most likely to visit?

Scrapbooking Papers.

5. What's new do you want to try in 2021? New product, technique?

I'd like to try more masculine projects, I always find them more complicated to put together. Feminine is always easy, all women love flowers.

Decoupage jewellery mini box

 I made couple of New Year's resolutions this year. One of them is to try new technique in crafting. I decided to try decoupage. It is completely new thing to me and to be honest it costs me lot of patience. It is different then cardmaking because you have to wait until all glues and varnishes will dry and it makes me crazy. 

As my first decoupage project I made small jewellery box. I used here beautiful napkin with red flowers and gears paper. I also used new mold and fantastic 14 Craft Bar air dry clay. To add a little bit of elegance I finished it with gold goldpaste.

 Hello dear friends!

With my first post for this year I would like to wish you all a wonderful and healthy New 2021 ahead!

My first flowers for this year were made of flower making paper. As you know I love using 14 Craft Bar stencils because they are so multifunctional. You can create different flower shapes, variate of petals and leaves with them.

Watercolour painting can be very relaxing and enjoyable this is why I would love using this type of arts when I create my flowers. 

For additional lush effect I added golden finishing touches so here are my pink and gold paper flowers. I hope you like them.
